Most transactions initiated via Rapifi (payouts or pay-ins) are processed in real-time or near real-time. Therefore, once a transaction is submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction inputs before submission.
If a cancellation request is approved before the transaction is processed, any amount deducted will be refunded back to the source account within 5–10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines and internal verification.
Rapifi may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
