Cancellation Policy – Rapifi

At Rapifi Services India Pvt. Ltd. ("Rapifi", "we", "our", or "us"), we aim to provide a secure and seamless platform for digital financial transactions. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which transactions may or may not be cancelled once initiated through our platform.

1. Transaction Finality

Most transactions initiated via Rapifi (payouts or pay-ins) are processed in real-time or near real-time. Therefore, once a transaction is submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Cancellation Eligibility

A transaction may be eligible for cancellation only under the following specific conditions:

  • The transaction is still in a pending state and has not yet been processed or sent to the beneficiary’s bank or payment service provider.
  • You have submitted a written cancellation request immediately after initiating the transaction, and it is received before processing begins.
  • An internal system delay or error is detected and verified by Rapifi's technical team before the payout or pay-in is executed.

3. Non-Cancellable Transactions

The following transactions are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Transactions already marked as successful or completed.
  • Transactions for which a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or payment confirmation has been generated.
  • Transactions where funds have been disbursed to the beneficiary account.
  • Transactions initiated with incorrect beneficiary details (e.g., account number, IFSC code, UPI ID) provided by the user.

4. Request Procedure

To request a cancellation:

Email us at [email protected] with subject line: Cancellation Request – [Transaction ID].

Include:

  • Business name and registered account details
  • Transaction ID and date/time
  • Exact reason for cancellation

Our team will assess the request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Rapifi shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or duplicate transactions arising due to user error or delays in communication.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction inputs before submission.

6. Refunds for Cancelled Transactions

If a cancellation request is approved before the transaction is processed, any amount deducted will be refunded back to the source account within 5–10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines and internal verification.

7. Policy Updates

Rapifi may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically. Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
